About
I am a native Georgian that spent my childhood in the Metro Atlanta area. I studied under the Arts and Sciences with a minor in Organic Substances at Georgia State University. During my endeavors of seeking employment as a student, my supposedly well-planned future career took its turn. Consequently, my career landed in the Affordable Housing industry for approximately 18 years in which 7 of those years, an Affordable Housing Consulting company was established. I currently hold the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential that is awarded by the Housing Credit Certification - Board of Governors, under the auspices of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Multi Family Division and the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). In addition to Affordable Housing consulting, my utmost passion is health and fitness. Mbodyment has been established to edify and inspire individuals in retrospect of the various facets of healthy living while resulting to an improved quality of life. My foremost priority is not only healthy living for myself but rather helping others integrate health and fitness as a lifestyle of their own.
Mbodyment’s articles are the sole results of my own personal studies and life experiences and is not to be misconstrued as professional, licensed medical advice. For the reason that, it is to the reader’s sole discretion to integrate the advice and/or suggestions contained in the contents of this site, consultation is advised with your medical physician, holistic physician or whatever your personal and/or spiritual belief may be in regards to the topic(s) of this site.
As the distinctiveness of our minds, bodies and souls is explored, the desire for further knowledge piques. We must consider, the true essence of our being (mind, body and soul) is the core to our existence.
