What Are You Going to Do?
What is your excuse for not working out and eating clean? Stop thinking about what you CAN’T do, but rather what you CAN do. Stop making excuses about not having the TIME, but rather FIND TIME by logging off of the computer, hang up the phone or turn off the television (unless of course you are pushing play with your favorite fitness program). Of course you have 30 minutes to spare! Stop complaining about not having enough MONEY, but rather stop pointless spending in order that you have the ability to allocate just a FRAGMENT of your spending towards a healthier lifestyle. Stop convincing yourself that healthy and clean eating is BORING and EXPENSIVE, but rather embrace the BENEFITS and CREATIVITY that goes along with healthy eating and develop a conscious of the health dangers and hidden costs of detrimental eating. Stop COMPROMISING with your contentment of how great you feel, but honestly ASK yourself, “Am I truly pleased with my physiological and conditional makeup?” So, what are you going to do about it? Either you are IN or you are OUT!
